Who?


I am Katalijn Ritsema van Eck. I am a business psychologist (MSc 2002) with over 20 years of experience in the people side of organisational transformations.

 
My main focus is on the so called softer side: culture change, leadership development, well being, inclusion & diversity.  I know how to deal with resistance towards change, and I am a certified coach (NOBCO).

 
I work as a facilitator of off-sites, coach and trainer. I have my own coaching company (ResetMoment.nl). In my individual leadership retreats, I use the psysical memory and shiatsu treatments to increase impact.

 
I love working with engineers, nerds, and other ‘fast thinkers’. I facilitate sessions in Dutch and/ or English.
